South Africa’s T20I Bilateral Series Victories and Milestone Wins
South Africa are one of the five teams to win 15 or more matches against New Zealand in T20Is.
The Proteas became the fourth team to win a five-match T20I bilateral series against New Zealand. They handed the Kiwis a 2-3 series loss on the 2026 tour.
South Africa were the first team to hand a series defeat to the West Indies in a five-match T20I series. They won 3-2 on the 2021 West Indies tour.
They have not lost a single match against their neighbours Zimbabwe in T20Is.
South Africa became the fourth full-member team to lose a T20I match against Namibia. This happened when they first played Namibia in a one-off T20I in 2025, losing by four wickets in Windhoek.
